Aileen Lemanski
Trainer
Aileen Lemanski
Aileen's passion for kickboxing began at an early age with Taekwondo. Seven years of the mental and physical challenge the sport requires of its practitioners compelled her to push her body and compete in as many sports as possible. Once she hit the track in high school, she identified it as the sport which came most naturally to her. She went on to compete in track - primarily running - at Grand Valley State University. During those years, she came to understand that her passion for wellness went beyond the sport; she learned how much she enjoyed helping others relative to connecting with others and educating them on general wellness. Graduating with an exercise science degree, she has fulfilled her dreams and stayed on the wellness path. She has worked as a strength coach, indoor cycling instructor, and personal trainer. Now at CKO Kickboxing, Aileen continues to find purpose in teaching participants to push their minds and bodies and address limits. Limits are flexible and change everyday. Aileen declares, "Learning those limits, meeting them, and pushing past them is how we can evolve and better ourselves."
